- During commissioning and start-up the engineers were able to monitor the process and track progress. Historical trending was used to troubleshoot issues and verify design criteria.

- Motor VFD vendors attended site for initial start-up but were required to make parameter adjustments to their equipment once it was brought online. The ability to remotely access their VFD's saved 2 hour long return trips to site and provided immediate and flexible support.

- The plc programmer was provided the ability to remotely access the controller and make on the fly changes without having to travel to site making for an efficient and effective start-up process. Minimizing downtime and expediting the fine tuning of the process.

- Through RemoteLinx the operator was able to monitor the process, respond to upsets, view historical data and make adjustments without being on-site.
The gateway stayed in place and RemoteLinx worked with the operator to customize trends and reports for easy monthly provision to the health authorities.
